Three priceless mementos are restored and preserved by Jay Blades and the team, bringing back happy memories of loved ones. Music box guru Steve Kember is in charge of the first restoration of the day. Bringing a musical Grenadier Guard doll, Marie Ayears enters. In the 1950s, the father of Marie was a member of the Grenadier Guards and was on duty in Westminster Abbey during Queen Elizabeth’s coronation in 1953. The happy grandmother of Marie purchased the music box to commemorate the event.
