Together with her owner, Tom, Meagaidh the Border Collie performs search and rescue operations. Her supernose tracks scents and picks up on clues, enabling them to find those in need of assistance. In a kayak, Annie is completely lost after losing her map. She has succeeded in paddling to a beach, but she has hurt her wrist and is cold and wet. Tom and Meagaidh have a pressing need to locate Annie at the Woofton Search and Rescue Center.
