At a quarry, an abandoned truck is discovered with several deceased and critically ill people inside. It seems at first to be a typical case of sex trafficking, which Nikki and the police are all too familiar with, but it soon becomes apparent that nothing is quite as it seems. Nikki and the team must use their forensic and pathological expertise to identify the dead and piece together what happened because the survivors are refusing to speak.
