It’s time for the final seven novice cooks to take on their toughest challenge yet and make the transition into the professional ranks as the competition heats up. They have been given a fine dining recipe to recreate by James Cochran, a well-known London chef and two-time Great British Menu champion. They only have to prepare one dish from his restaurant’s menu each.
