It’s Time to Build a Scarecrow Episode Summary
JoJo and Gran Gran go to the neighbourhood garden to remove the winter crops. Ellie and Alfie, two of their friends, help them harvest the broccoli and cauliflower, but they wait until the spring to dig up the carrots because they won’t be ready until then. The birds still attempt to eat them in spite of this. Although Alfie scares them away, he won’t always be able to be there. Gran Gran devises a solution: they can build a scarecrow to deter birds.
