Ainsley is back in the kitchen, and this time he is experimenting with fruity flavours, both sweet and savoury, beginning with breakfast, which is the most crucial meal of the day. Ainsley prepares a fruity granola breakfast croissant and a tropical smoothie while April Jackson, a chef, masterfully prepares plantain. Ainsley then cooks a fruity cherry clafoutis with actor and comedian John Thomson before serving a pan-fried pork chop with apples and a miso-cider sauce to end the meal.
