The Trainees must make a choice in response to Jordan’s alluring offer to gauge their dedication to the procedure. The training ground is ready for those who decide to remain on the island, and Coach gathers them there to go over the steps they must take to finish the 28 days. The trainees must advance through Earth, Water, Air, and Fire, the first four stages of the contest, in order to reach the final Spirit Element and have a chance of winning.
