Episode Summary
The 44-minute film will take viewers on a grand tour of the historical city of AlUla in northwest Saudi Arabia and explore the kingdoms of the Dadanite and Lihyanite that predated each other by more than two thousand years. A front-row seat will be provided for visitors to Dadan, one of the important trading hubs along the historic Incense Route that connected South Arabia with the Levant and Egypt. Archaeologists are finding new artefacts, learning about Dadanite technology, and understanding the rituals and languages of the time as a result of this extensive history. Viewers will be able to experience the tale of the historic kingdoms through breathtaking footage from AlUla’s archaeological sites, historical reenactments, and stunning cinematography. The mysteries and legacy are explored in detail.
