Charlotte also visits the north Cornwall coast to observe how surfing might aid in the stress and anxiety management of young people. Haroon Mota, a marathon runner and advocate for diversity and inclusion in rural areas, is trekking in Snowdonia to learn more about the significance of nature to his mental health.
