Amy and Billy take Polly for a regular scan, but the six-year-old finds it difficult to understand the ultra-sound images. The two continue to get ready for the twins’ arrival by putting together buggies, car seats, and hospital bags before Billy suprises Amy with a gift: a brand-new seven-seater automobile. Amy goes into labour, but the midwives spot a risky problem, so Amy is hurried to the operating room to deliver the twins.
