At the Kiss-Off, six boys declare their choice, but when one boy initiates contact, the situation changes unexpectedly. After the Kiss-Off, the couples begin to think about their relationship beyond their time in Italy, and for one couple, the issue is whether or not they will make the effort to maintain their love despite the enormous distances back home.
