Season 1 Episode Summary
Paula, a working mother, received a call from con artists while she was getting ready for a date with her husband. They instructed her to transfer her money to a safe account. She discovered it was anything but safe a few days later. Mia, a churchgoer, received a call from her boss asking her to purchase some vouchers over email, however her boss wasn’t the one who made the call. She recognised there was a problem after purchasing six for more than £1,000 and had to fight to get her money back.
