In 2021, Dee’s daughter, Rikkell Bock, visited the family farm in Lenawee County, Michigan, only to discover that her mother was missing. Dee’s husband, Dale Warner, claimed that he had last seen Dee early that morning before heading out to work on the farm. However, Dee’s family quickly became suspicious of Dale. Despite Dale’s repeated denials of any involvement, security footage did show him working on the property, but no physical evidence was found to explain Dee’s disappearance.

The case grew even more complicated as months went by without a sign of Dee. In an effort to uncover the truth, Dee’s brother and sister-in-law hired private investigator Billy Little, who told 48 Hours that sometimes you have to take action and “solve the case,” even if the body remains elusive. Little’s words set in motion a series of events that would bring new revelations to light, ultimately leading to a shocking discovery hidden in plain sight.

48 Hours takes viewers through the twists and turns of this complex case, revealing how a missing person case with no body led to a truth no one expected.
