Dateline NBC February 6 2026 Episode Update

Dateline NBC will not air in its usual time slot on Friday, February 6, 2026, due to special primetime coverage of the 2026 Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony.

From 8:00 to 11:00 PM ET, NBC will broadcast Primetime in Milan, featuring the Parade of Nations and the lighting of the Olympic cauldron at San Siro Olympic Stadium. This marks the official start of the Milan-Cortina Winter Games, bringing together athletes from around the world for two weeks of elite competition.

Regular Dateline NBC programming will return the following week. In the meantime, recent episodes, including “The Hunt for Mr. Right” and “The Farmer’s Wife”, are available to stream anytime on Peacock.
