In 2023, she was named Artistic Director, taking on responsibility for shaping the creative direction of the theatre program. The position involves selecting productions, mentoring young performers, supporting teaching artists, and helping guide long-term artistic planning.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from Drew University, establishing the foundation for her work in performance and arts education.
She later attended Emerson College, where she completed a Master of Arts in Theatre Education. Her graduate studies focused on drama education, directing, curriculum development, and the use of theatre as a teaching tool.
Recognizing an interest in human development and mental health, she pursued a second graduate degree at Lesley University, earning a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology.
