Episode Summary
Joe Crowley and Steve Brown are in the picturesque village of Staithes on the North Yorkshire coast to observe how the local fishing community is preparing for the future. There is now just one remaining fisherman where there was once an 80-person fishing fleet. While Steve explores the art history of Staithes and savours some locally smoked treats, Joe ventures out to sea to learn how one skipper has switched from fishing with nets to wildlife tourism.
