A woman in her 80s is duped into giving over an estimated £50,000 after receiving a barrage of scam mail. Her daughter is so horrified by this that she launches a campaign to stop other people from falling victim to frauds like this. A young family tries to install solar panels to reduce their energy costs by up to £850 annually. They never receive the savings they were promised since the company they utilise is headed by a dishonest operator.
