Final Jeopardy Answer
The Final Jeopardy Answer is: Law & Order
Final Jeopardy Explanation
The popular American television series Law & Order’s theme tune was composed by American composer Mike Post. Dick Wolf, the show’s creator, approached Post about writing a “unique and memorable” piece of music that would become a defining characteristic of the series. The outcome was the creation of a now-famous theme music that has been featured in each episode of Law & Order since the program’s premiere in 1990.
In 2020, Mike Post revealed to the “The Law & Order: SVU” podcast that he sampled the sound of a prison door slamming shut, the sound of a guy striking an anvil with a hammer, and various drum noises that his team created in the recording studio. He added a sound he found of 100 guys stamping on a wood floor in Japan because he felt it required more “heft to it.”.
