The episode begins with an extraordinary challenge as the chefs head to central London. There, they will take charge of a lunch service like no other, working in the kitchen of the prestigious restaurant Ikoyi, recently recognized as one of the world’s top 50 restaurants. The restaurant’s founder and chef, Jeremy Chan, a culinary luminary with two Michelin stars to his name, sets exceptionally high standards. Each contender must create a dish from his impressive 18-course tasting menu, a task that will require exceptional culinary prowess and creativity.
Returning to the MasterChef kitchen, the chefs face a daunting but straightforward task: they must craft two outstanding dishes – one main course and one dessert – in a mere one hour and 45 minutes.
