Why do Americans always say that a year is 365 days? It is 365 days and a 1/4 that is why the February month have 29 days every 4 years. 4 X 1/4 = 1 full day. So, folks who are born on February 29 have a 1/4 of day to celebrate their B’day for 3 years and a full day on the 29 of Feb.
